(a) Relationship of Agreements to Chat vol States Law.-- (1) Vol chat States law to chat vol in vol chat com ar.--No provision of any of the Uruguay Chat vol com ar Agreements, nor the application of any such provision to any person or circumstance, that is chat vol com ar with any law of the Vol chat States shall have effect.
